Terms and Conditions

(Applicable to the „Service“ Cake Classes)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Cake Classes (www.inthekitchenwithelisa.com/cake-classes) (the “Service”) operated by Elisa Sandström (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Packages and Pricing

The Packages available for purchase with the specifics included along with the Pricing are listed on the Cake Classes Page.

Any bank transfer or other transfer costs are not included in the pricing. We advice you to inform yourself of these by contacting your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the Packages and Pricing at any given time without prior notice. These changes will not affect any prior payed and confirmed Service bookings.

Purchases

A Service can be purchased through a direct bank transfer or PayPal.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that Elisa Sandström is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties such as Banks and PayPal for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that Elisa Sandström cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Class Date and Time

The class date and time are agreed prior to the purchase of the Service in written form via email. Once the date and the time is agreed, a receipt is provided with class date, class time and payment information. By making the payment for the Service you agree to the class date and time and are thus confirming the Service purchase.

Booking Confirmation and Cancellation

A booking for a Service is confirmed and finalized when we receive the payment for the Service.

A full refund for a payed booking can be made 7 days before the agreed class date. All cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the class date have a 50% refund. Any occuring bank transfer or other similar costs are not covered by us.

A booking cancellation should be made by emailing elisa.sandstrom@windowslive.com . The cancellation is affective the date the email has been sent.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elisa Sandström. The recipes provided in the Cake Class are meant for personal use only and may not be distributed further.

If you are found engaging in such activity you can be made responsible for any occuring costs of such actions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms. You must read our Privacy Policy before you use the Service.
